We truly cannot imagine going through the new construction home buying process without this team.From the very beginning — foundation, pre-drywall, and final walkthrough — every inspection was conducted with extraordinary care and detail. Each visit was thoroughly documented with photos, references to building codes and city ordinances, punch list items, and clear, actionable guidance for the builder.Having never gone through a new home build or worked with an inspection company before, we didn’t know what to expect. But our expectations were exceeded 100 times over. The reports weren’t just paper summaries (though printable if needed) — they came with an online report interface that included:A high-level summary with photos and key findingsA detailed deep dive for every phaseClear recommendations and next steps for the builderThe level of scrutiny was insane in the best way — from roof shingles and insulation gaps, to water temperature and pressure, to missing rubber caps on wire shelves, and even a smudge on the floor. They inspected electrical down to each outlet and breaker, and applied the same detail to gas lines, plumbing, appliances, HVAC systems, windows, doors — everything.These weren’t just cosmetic suggestions — some of the findings would have absolutely slipped by, only to cause problems months or even years down the line. I was very impressed with the inspection process from beginning to end. The inspectors arrived early & got to work immediately. They were very thorough and I was impressed with the follow-up conversation at the end to explain the highlights of their findings. This conversation gave me a chance to ask questions and get clarity while we were all together. The written report was very explanatory with pictures to support the findings. BJ was AMAZING. He found a significant oversight on our new build (roof missing the appropriate amount of vents). He even ended up having to come back at the end of the day to finish due to the water being turned off (he can't turn it on due to potential liability). HIs attention to detail was bar none. Our broker/realtor, Greg DeTullio provided two inspections as part of his service (at the time of this post). I highly recommend Greg as a realtor and BJ as an inspector. The inspections are priceless.
